Charles Darwin....lets face it the empowering force that guns have on many human is so overwhelming that it changes the way people encounter the world...... "....they can ignore me but they can't ignore my gun!" so mental health issues will need to be taken into consideration much more if the citizens are to be safe from those who would "run amok"....so I will recommend a movie that was the first movie for Kirk Douglas..."The Strange Love of Martha Ivers" (1946) 1hr.57min. with Barbara Stanwyck and Lizabeth Scott and Van Heflin...and the subject is one of my favorites the corrupted District Attorneys office...
