that is a harsh thing to say  about anyone
but he goes on to say that rule of law must be observed above all else
or we have no government but chaos and anarchy..

since 1907, was replaced in the index's basket of 30 stocks by Walgreens.
GE's removal probably has to do with its sagging profits or the relative decline
of industrial companies-out of 3,500 publicly listed corporations-supposed to tell
us about our "massively complex, globalized economy" anyway? In truth, the Dow was made for another era, "when people didn't have nearly as much access to different kinds of information."
An index of a few dozen stocks is helpful for historical comparisons, but it no longer reflects
our primary economic forces. As a matter of design, the Dow can't include extremely high-priced
stocks such as Google and Amazon because their values would wildly distort the average.
Share prices are also "becoming detached" from traditional measures of a company's worth,
because digital firms are valued so differently. Costco had earnings per share of $6.08 last year,
while Amazon had $6.15. But Costco's market value is $91 billion, while Amazons is $844 billion.

of the U.S.A. to the Supreme court as a judge. Much speculation concerning the activities of said nominee from about puberty until about last night has been put forth by various and assorted concerned citizens all of whom seek change, the sooner the better.

Now that the accused person is a Supreme court justice and one of nine people who will

be any changes made in governance and social norms in society in the U.S.A.

I read this statement which put into perspective some of the tyranny of language.
Say these sentences three times and experience the different effects they have.

the difference is slight but very important.

a few minutes ago I posted a blog at another
blog site which is molochorridus@blogspot.com
much of my writing has been stolen over the past few years
and I decided to stop trying to post any blogs at all
the library has been about the only regular access to the
internet which I have had for the last 15 years or so
having been a residence of the "Suite Van" for 8 years
and a pickup truck befoer that
it is not expensive and I have been able to see some nice places
anyhow if you will read the moloch site you will see what I hope
to do which is post my photography online for free

I like to write and I have a lot of notes which have gone
un-written but I hope to  eventually get them online
but I do not want my life to revolve around a damned
computer screen or a lot of online time
I would rather spend my time outside and watching
nature    but I realize that if more people could see
what they are missing being outside then maybe more
people would take the time to get out there an enjoy it

got caught without my card reader so no photos with this blog...
was really surprised to get a message from the boss of blogs to
inquire as to my relationship to my blog...
been a long long time since I last wrote officially for this blog

but it seems that rather than have my writing purloined
I will stand up and defend my right to write...

been in a lot of places since the last blog with the brush rabbit
and the timbered out hill
I looked at that hill for years and figured i would hike up there
when the time came and lay down on the brush pile at the top and
offer myself up to the vultures...seemed like a good ending to me
but that hill is many a mile away now but the vulture population is
still with us...when the time comes

for now it is avoid the storms and enjoy the day..
